The Chanters House is a Grade I Listed Mansion in the small town of Ottery St Mary, in Devon, England. It is the private residence of Sir Thomas Carew.

Originally built as a Chantry for the Parish Church, it eventually ended up in the ownership of the Coleridge Family, including the notable poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge. The Coleridges sold the property in 2006, with Lord Coleridge moving into the Manor house the other side of the Church. Passing through several owners, it was eventually purchased by fellow Devonian, Thomas Carew.

The House and its other associated buildings cover almost 22,000 square feet, with a total of 22 acres of land considered part of the property.
