Kathrine Rose Grey, The Countess of Argyll LT OM DBE CMG (joined 13 September 2020) is a British writer, parliamentarian, stateswoman, and Liberal-Progressive politician who currently serves as Leader of the Liberal-Progressive Action Party. Privately, she is the proprietor of Lion's Park Apartments and Chief Executive Officer of Imperial Consolidated Arms Company.

Lady Argyll resides at Balloch Castle, a Tudor Gothic country house, in Loch Lomond, West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. She is the mother of Prince Miann, Duke of Edinburgh and Josephine Carew-Grey, Baroness Knightstone, Deputy Prime Minister, as well as the grandmother of Sir Owain Carew-Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and August Carew-Grey, 1st Baron Calder, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Home Office. There are rumours she is dating Robert Romefeller, Dowager Duke of Edinburgh, but which remain unconfirmed.
