The 11 July 2023, Major was organised by Libcord. The Royal Air Force was invited to attend by the Union of Democratic States and was attended by four (4) officers in an unofficial capacity. Marshal of the Air Force Henry Wales, Chief of the Air Staff, issued the South Pacific Campaign Medal to "...the very first operation of our newly established Royal Air Force...".
